The suite was beautiful. The balcony provided amazing views, and the helpful staff made our tours seamless.

We noticed the bathroom lacked a fridge. Morning noise from breakfast disrupted our peaceful mornings.

Greatly enjoyed our modern and brand-new rooms in this hotel.

Excellent location close to everything, amazingly nice staff, everything was excellent. Location: the hotel was next to the main tourist area, the ocean and the square, beaches, port and shops. Stopped by Bar Veneruso to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend. The daily breakfast was delicious with omelettes and cooked to order omelettes, for example.

The spacious wrap-around balcony provided amazing views of the sea and vibrant street life, making for a lovely morning coffee spot.

The sound insulation was poor. We could hear breakfast conversations loud and clear from our room every morning at 8 AM, which disrupted our sleep.

The staff was very friendly to our needs.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready, frustrating. The noise from the breakfast area disrupted our sleep every morning. The air-conditioning didn't work effectively.

Things I wish I knew before I tried it

A good scent welcomed us, hinting at the charm within. The room was immaculate, comfortable, and new. Vittoria's attentiveness, along with the prime location just a stroll from the city's heart. We even enjoyed extra time in our room post-checkout without extra fees!

Absolutely loved the fine views, but sadly, the room was not ready upon arrival-talk about first impressions. The breakfast was a total letdown, just some cold sandwiches. I expected some sort of welcome gift or at least a better kettle for such a pricey stay. How hard is it to ensure guest satisfaction?

The apartment was bright and nicely decorated, and the view was just fine. Our kids loved the nearby beaches, and it was easy for the whole family to walk to restaurants. Simona and Vittoria were helpful hosts, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.
